  • Yin Yoga

Full Bloom - A Nurturing Yin Workshop

After a time of change and emergence through Spring, we come into the Summer months having shed an old skin.

Through this 90 minute Yin Yoga class,, we’ll explore how long held postures paired with breath work can teach us to be more present and reflective. Through observing our bodies and breath we learn how to embrace slowing down.

Yin yoga is drawn from Taoist yoga, long meditative postures are held for 2 to 5 minutes to a comfortable edge to stimulate the connective tissue, helping to lengthen, strengthen and increase the mobility of these tissues.

    Teacher: Izzy DuBois

Next class: Sunday 5th of October

  • Anatomy Lab

Each month we’ll have a focus point to explore.

We’ll work with relative asana to explore this area and share some geeky time breaking down the anatomy, how to keep it balanced and healthy.

Getting to grips with anatomy can prevent injury, build confidence and support strength and fitness goals.

Check each month on the booking page for focus points.
